Terms and Conditions for our digital discount card:

By using the discount card, you automatically agree to the terms and conditions mentioned below.

The discount card is personal and cannot be used by others, meaning also as a cardholder buying something for others, no discount is given. Children/Youths aged 14 years or younger can get  discount when sitting togheter with their parent(s) which has purchased a discount card.

If the status says EXPIRED, you need to renew the card before you can get a discount.

Cardholders guarantee that they agree to the terms and conditions of the card and the sites participating with us.

Cardholders agree that they will not:

1) Misuse the card in any kind of places, venues or listed companies.

2) Do any modification, copy, distribution, transfer, reuse, licensing or imitation. Any kind of misuse of the card is prohibited.

3) Sell or transfer the discount card.

The digital discount card cannot be exchange for cash.

Discountries are not responsible for problems that arise between you and the listings you visit.

You are responsible to show proof of validation of the discount card. Discountries is not responsible for any kind of issues with internet connection.

Do not share your username and password.

Our website contains several links to other websites, which we don’t control or own. We suggest you read the terms and conditions and privacy policy on any site you visit.

Discountries has no responsibility for the content on the links/websites who appear on our website.

Use of cards:

The discount card gives you a 10 – 15 – 20% discount or more at the places or venues you find in our listings on our website www.discountries.com. You need to login at www.cards.discountries.com and show validation in the “Status” button to the staff or owner before paying your bill.

You can choose to buy a discount card with validation of 5, 14, 30 and 365 days. You can use the card at different places as many times as you want, as long as it is valid.

Accommodation

The rule of 10 – 15 – 20% discount or more does NOT count for accomodation, but you will get 10 – 15 – 20% discount on amenties/facilities when you book directly from the accomodation website. Booking through commercial booking sites may not give you the right to get discount. For further information, we ask you to read the description under each accommodation.

 Note: There are different laws in each country, so some products and/or services may not be allowed to be discounted.

Changes to This Agreement:

Discountries reserve the right to modify terms and conditions at any time. This is needed, since we might do some changes on the website or add content on social media.

Trademarks

Any copies, cutting and pasting of logos and trademarks displayed in our listings is illegal, since those belong to the businesses who advertise on our website.

Disclosure of information to a third party

Neither Discountries nor Austro Thai Construction Co.,Ltd. sell, trade, or transfer your personal information or data to third parties. Exemption can be made if it’s requested by security authorities.
